Enjoy an economical two-bedroom cottage featuring a queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed plus a single bed in the second bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to five guests in beds. Perfect for groups of up to five guests.
A sofa bed is also available in the living room; however, please note that using it will reduce the available dining and living space.
Please note that there is no air conditioning; ceiling fans and portable fans are provided for your comfort.

Booking Information & Policies
· Daily rates are based on up to 4 guests.
· An additional $30 per day applies for each extra guest.
· The total guest count includes infants and children.
· HST (15%) will be added to all prices.
· A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Minimum Stay
· Peak Season: 4-night minimum stay
· Off Season & Shoulder Season: 2-night minimum stay
· Cavendish Beach Music Festival: 4-night minimum stay
· Sommo Music Festival: 2-night minimum stay
If you are interested in booking fewer nights than the minimum stay during peak or regular season, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to consider shorter stays when they fit between existing reservations.
